This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel from the reception were available at any hours. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel ended up usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Very pleasant hotel and fantastic location. I Definitely recommend Mercure Hotel Potsdam City!
